Why should I service my car?
Simply, to make sure that you and others are safe on the road. Not having your car checked and serviced on regular basis is dangerous. When your car is neglected and poorly maintained, both the car and the driver can suffer serious consequences.
How often should I get my car serviced?
Every car is different, and service schedules do vary depending on the manufacturer. But as a general rule, every car should be serviced every six months or almost five thousand kilometres (whichever comes first). At eTech Auto, we recommend referring to your logbook, or you can simply contact us for a friendly advice.
Can you service my car without voiding my dealership warranty?
Yes. You can have your car serviced by eTech Auto without voiding your warranty. You can always choose where you want to get your car serviced. Australian Consumer Law states that a manufacturer can’t void a warranty because you choose to have your car serviced outside the dealer network.
Do you offer a mobile car mechanic service?
Yes, eTech Auto offers a mobile mechanic service at your convenience. Our mobile mechanics have all the necessary diagnostic equipment to get the job done. Our mobile mechanic service covers most suburbs within the North Shore area including Epping, Eastwood, Marsfield, Pennant Hills, Ryde.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments need to be made at the completion of the job. eTech Auto accepts EFTPOS and major Credit Cards.
What hours are you open?
eTech Auto is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. After hour calls will be answered 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm.
